  • The lady that officiated my husband and myself was nice. However, we were charged a $50 chapel fee(cash) and didn't get officiated in the chapel. It was done at the register! Then they wanted to charge $4 for a cash receipt for the chapel fee. Furthermore, who puts chapel fees at the very end of an email or about 7 blank pages down from the cost of the Sign and Go ceremony. I would also like to add that after my initial review above, I was called and accosted about my review. My husband and I were both upset, and they did not mention a refund. Chapel fee should be changed to processing fee. The lady on the phone went as far as to say, "She wished she could unmarry us." and claimed had she known we were upset that she would have refunded us. Had I known this would have turned out this way, we would have gone somewhere else. Plus, I got a more respectable officiation from a judge in his chambers from my previous marriage. On that note, I could have gone into a courtroom, judge's chambers, or anywhere else and gotten honest pricing and more respect.
