  • This is by far my favourite goodlife location to come to for Les Mils Dance Cardio. Markville Goodlife has the best instructors who are always engaging and full of energy. In comparison to other locations I would say the studio here is pretty spacious and has very good sound quality as well. It is always a fun time here and always manage to break a sweat. They offer bodyjam 3 times a week and zumba 4 times a week. The only down side is that it can be difficult to find parking sometimes because the lot is shared with Markville customers. Showers are the stall based ones instead of the ones with curtains. I hope they will offer sh'bam one day as this is a pretty fun class too for anyone who likes dance cardio.
