  • We used to so enjoy coming in to see Dr. Lalande and her staff. I am not sure if it is just a case of becoming to busy, but it seems as though the personal touch is gone. As I write this, the staff is outside the open exam door discussing their personal lives in a little too much detail. The hygienist (I think) never introduced herself or what she was going to do with my daughter. It has just become another dentist office, where it used to be a place that went above and beyond.
