| - Same as other reviews. Forced to use these guys because of a Sears protection agreement. Sears sent them out on a Saturday to diagnose my issue. They had to order a part. I was told 3-5 days. A week later, I got a message on my home phone saying they had my part. I called and left two messages for two days without a return call. The third day I called, the woman who answered told me they do not make Saturday appointments (?!? Sears does...) so I had to take the day off to get my washer fixed. The day of the repair, I was told they would be out between 8-12. They guy didn't show up until after 1 PM. He replaced the part that was ordered and then told me that I needed another part, which would be another 3-5 days. He said he would expedite the part and see if I could get a Saturday apponntment, since I had to wait so long. He left water and gunk all over the laundry room floor and the water started soaking into the adjoining rug of my living room. So I had that to clean up too! A week later (so I guess he didn't expedite the part...) the new part came & I was called to make an appointment. The woman who called told me they do not make Saturday appointments (even though the guy said I could) and she wanted me to do another 8-12 appointment. I told her I couldn't do that because I work so she reluctantly made an appointment for after "3PM" for two days later. They showed up at 5:30 and fixed the washer, but again, left the laundry room a mess, the appliances were askew and I had to push them back into place myself, there was water, again, on the floor and again, soaking into the rug and they had used several of my kitchen towels in a half hearted attempt to clean up some of the water on the floor. I guess I should have been great full that the entire laundry room floor wasn't wet this time but it's hard to be happy about a job that I have to clean up after! This company is just not professional and I would never use them if I didn't have to and certainly would never recommend them to anyone I know. I plan on contacting Sears and telling them that if they are going to continue to use this company, I will be canceling my service agreement and going elsewhere for service.
