  • Absolutely terrible. I called them for a stopped toilet. They gave me a two hour window and they said they would certainly be there before the end of the window. After 2 hours, they called me and said the driver wasn't picking up. After 2.5 hours, I called and they said the driver wasn't picking up. The operator didn't seem to care much that they were not coming to fix the plumbing issue, operating under a total non-nonchalant, uncaring attitude. After 3 hours, the operator said that he had no idea what was happening, he called the owner and the owner didn't seem to care. Then the operator said that most people probably just hang up by now, like that had happened many times.
