  • I have been living at Dream Apartments for almost 3 years and was the first person to live in my building while construction on the community was still going on. Our community has 3 pools, hot tub and a gym along with a movie theater all of which I have used. There is also a small water play area for kids but I don't have kids so I cannot comment on that. I recently just renewed my lease for additional year. I am giving this community 5 stars for several reasons. The community manager Sandi really cares about the community and the concerns of the residents. Sandi is one of the reason I have stayed so long at this community, I'm hoping she dosne't leave. The grounds are always clean and the guys get here early every morning and clean the pool and I see them picking up any trash on my way to work. I haven't really had any issues with noise or or neighbor complaints, I do live in a Carriage House, so I only have 1 neighbor and no one below me except for garages. The apartments are nicely equipped with stainless steel appliance and modern looking fixtures, there is even built in USB ports in the kitchen and master bedrooms. The community has free pest control service come by on Wednesdays, I haven't had the need for that. As for the leasing agents in the office, they have always been nice and respectful, but I only see them to pay my rent. There is a train track nearby but I have never heard the train as I believe they just use it for storage track. The area is nice a quite, there is a paved bike trail right outside the community and Oh I forgot to mention they also have free bike rental here at Dream. I haven't used those either as I have my own bike. Overall the area is very safe with grocery stores and entertainment nearby. I will most likely be staying for a while.
