  • I'd reserved a lunchtime table in advance for our group of 18, and we were seated immediately when we arrived. One reason I chose Burger Bar, aside from its location, is that the full menu was available to us. Many restaurants in Mandalay Bay & Luxor offer a scaled-down menu for group reservations, which defeats the purpose of choosing a restaurant with a broad menu for our picky eaters. I started with a Long Beach Tea, which was strong yet yummy. Then I ordered the Kobe beef burger, cooked medium rare, and added baby spinach & provolone. This burger was amazing! Its not often that I remember a menu description as being 100% accurate, but this burger really did melt in my mouth. I also chose steak fries, which were equally delicious. In fact, I ate some cold fries over the next couple of days and was surprised at how tasty they still were. Our server on this day was simply outstanding. And the kitchen was on its toes as well. I was hoping to have an opportunity to stop by here again during my Vegas visit, so I could try one of their alcoholic milkshakes, but I unfortunately ran out of time. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch experience here at Burger Bar, and definitely plan to return.
