  • I have always loved Halloween since I was a child and as a result, one of my passions as an adult is decorating my house to make it as spooky as possible and make it an experience for children coming to my house looking for candy on Halloween. So every year, I stop by Spirit Halloween for Halloween decoration ideas. This year they have moved their Scarborough location to a new bigger location at Kennedy/Ellesmere (South on Kennedy Rd). As I mentioned their new Scarborough location is bigger so they are able to put up more scary Halloween displays and hold more inventory. The new store has an ample selection of costumes for men, women, teen and children. They also have a fair amount of accessories and indoor and outdoor Halloween decorations. The staff are also quite helpful and are eager to help and answer any questions. The only negative thing I have to say is that their store pricing is quite a bit higher than the prices listed on their US website and when I spoke to the Manager on duty, she mentioned it was because they use different manufacturers which was kind of odd. They currently have a 20% off coupon on their US website which is valid to October 13, 2013. It's a great place if your looking for a costume, Halloween housing decorations or just interested in browsing around and checking out the animated ghouls.
