  • I want to thank Sam and the entire staff at CarStar for taking such great care of my car. I was rear-ended in my Jetta by an SUV. It took a while for me to bring it in, and I was coming in on the redeye from Los Angeles when I took my car into CarStar. They helped me out with the insurance and had arranged for a ride to Enterprise to rent a car, which just gotten off a plane I had not even thought about. Everyone at the office was incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions. My insurance had to send an adjuster to look at the car and then send me the estimate. It took them a day to get to the shop and two more to send me the estimate, by that time CarStar had already returned my baby in perfect shape. Thanks again
