  • They don't accept refunds of any kind...Ever. I would encourage anyone buying a watch- especially if it's as a gift-to buy it at any of the other 100 retail stores that sell watches but will allow a refund within a certain amount of days from purchase. Watch It allows store credit but their selection is lacking and your only other option for exchange are cheapish sunglasses. I'm weary of any store that won't stand behind their product and these days you can go to a place like Costco and get a full refund up to a year after purchase, so it just doesn't make sense to support the over-priced mall chains that prey on impulse buyers. Plus after some research I found them approximately %20 more expensive than buying direct from manufacturers website. Just sayin....
