| - This hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Vegas! I love every little thing about this hotel! Its beautiful inside and out and I can never say negative things about Palazzo! I have been to The Venetian but I prefer coming to The Palazzo over Venetian anyday. Even though theyre literally next to each other and is connected through The Grand Canal Shoppes (GCS), I still like Palazzo a lot more :)
The GCS is nice! It's pretty big and beautiful inside. Look up and you can see the blue sky. They also have Gondola where it goes through GCS and to outside I believe. It's not that expensive if I remember it correctly. It's worth it if youre with your loved one, whether it's your family or your loving husband/wife. GCS has so many great restaurants and shops I like. Basin White is one of the favorites to buy bath bombs, soaps and I really love their Lip Scrub :)) Barney & New York is pretty big with its own entrance from outside the hotel with valet service. Morels is a nice steakhouse. I really enjoy eating there though we have it in Los Angeles as well.
The representatives at the front desk are superb!!! They always give me the best suite available. Also when I dont like the room I was offered, I usually reject and ask for 'better' one and they ALWAYS accommodate my needs without questioning. Thats probably why I keep coming back to the Palazzo! I get complimentary stay very frequently and nothing can beat that! Even with comp stay, I always end up staying at the suite I like on the highest floor they can offer. If you like that 'sink-in' suites then dont get anything above 45. Those rooms dont have it and to me, it looks smaller and less special.
Grazie rewards are awesome too! I never know but sometimes I have free slot credits in my account so thats always good! I have won a lot of money using that free slot credit, hehe. Any rewards desk at any other casinos, they dont stay open 24/7. So try going there during their business hours. Theyre usually open til 10 PM or midnight, I forget.
But one of the BEST parts of the Palazzo is their SUITE. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the sink-in concept of the living room area from the bed. That 2 mini steps makes everything much more spacious and special! Love the vanity table in the bathroom with makeup magnifying mirror! I know us girls are crazy about having a good bathroom! Their Bathtub and just everything they have to offer, is what I truly love!
Yes, the suites here at the Palazzo arent the cheapest and they can get expensive but hey, its really beautiful, convenient and you will LOVE your stay here. Great housekeeping and room service as well. You can always ask for housekeeping later if you didnt get it when they usually do it in the mornings. Just call them and let them know. Dont forget to tip them! They work hard to go after your mess you made last night. Theyre usually always kind and welcoming!
Do you want to hear something EXTREMELY odd BUT interesting? This summer, I came to the Palazzo stayed for 4 nights with my best friend. Then we checked out in the afternoon and headed to the airport in the evening to catch my flight to Germany for my second vacation. My friend left way before I did. Hours later; I was in line to check in and guess what? I randomly remembered that I left my CHANEL BAG and a bag full of miscellaneous stuff. This was like 9 hours after I checked out! I immediately called the Palazzo and got connected to Lost & Found. I gave them my suite number and said I left my Chanel Bag and a bag with a lot of stuff in it. WELL, THEY HAD IT! I was soooooo relieved when I heard that!!! I took Uber back to the Palazzo, picked up my precious bags and came back to the airport JUST IN TIME and left for Germany, LOL!
I was so happy, you dont even know how I felt that night. I thought they wouldnt have my bags because last time I left something really valuable at another hotel, they told me they didnt have it. I was devastated...cried for days for that. Well, dont you guys ever leave anything behind like me. My fault for leaving them and not double checking anyway -_- PLEASE CHECK, CHECK and CHECK AGAIN!
ALL IN ALL, I LOVE PALAZZO AND THEIR STAFF! HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL, SUITES ARE AMAZING and SHOPPES ARE VERY CONVENIENT! Hey, they have Honolulu Cookies AND Royce Chocolates!!! PARIS BAGUETTE is also extremely fancy here compared to ones back home in Los Angeles or even the ones in Korea, haha.
