We came here for brunch one Saturday. The food was sufficient but the whole experience seemed a little dated. Kind of like a "cool" King West restaurant circa 2007.
The service was a bit much but it all seemed very sterile. The hostess asked us to wait in their "lounge" while she set up our table. It took us longer to walk to the weird seating area in an empty room, than it did for her to clean the table and let us know it was ready for us.
As I said, food was alright but nothing special. I had the frittata, my bf had the eggs benedict. We were clearly paying for the experience which we didn't enjoy very much, not to mention a completely uninviting atmosphere. I just don't see the value, there are so many other places to go.
Maybe it is a better place to visit in the summer on the patio, for drinks? I won't write it off, but I won't be rushing back.
