Amazing customer service from my initial inquiry by phone until I walked out the door with my good-as-new iPad 3. I'd watched several YouTube videos and actually considered trying to replace my cracked screen myself. I decided there were too many places where I could screw it up, and, after watching Sara every step of the way, I am so glad I decided not to try this at home! She is a perfectionist, and did everything carefully, cleanly and confidently. Sara has a ton of experience, all the right tools, and a great personality to boot! She assured me that if I had any problems after I got home (I was visiting from Seattle) she'd make it right at her expense for the first 30 days. It really seems like a new iPad, so I'm thrilled. Apple would have replaced it for more than twice what Sara charged. If you call her, tell her you heard about her on Yelp. It'll save you a few bucks!
