  • Real deal good German food. They have made some concessions to Americanize to accommodate but if you order well you will get Authentic German food. I had the wurst appetizer and it was perfect. Curry ketchup and two snefs on a bed a sauerkraut was exactly as expected. Rouladen rezept with Spätzle was enjoyed by my dining partners and while the meat may have been a tad dryer that expected the flavors were perfect!! The evening was closed with an authentic not Americanized slice of Black Forest Cake and a birthday treat with a candle :) Worth driving 264 Km
