rev:text	So I came in to Emergency around 2:45am the secretary was very nice , she checked me in .. Then that's when all unprofessionalism came in .. I hand a hand injury Dr.Bracey I assume because the Desk RN didn't want to reveal the name after I asked ... so Dr.Bracey walks in First thing he says is it's 3 in the morning so what's the problem .. I work in a hospital . Stanford Hospiatal to be exact .. and when I say that was the most unprofessional thing I ever heard on top of the fact that he told me after I told him my hand was in pain he tells me instantly so what do I want to do as if I was the doctor and claimed it was nothing they can do for me tonight and walked out and repeated to the staff saying that it's 3am I come in with a hurt hand as if was the least important thing .. the staff laughed I walked out the room told them I heard them laughing asked for the Dr. name the RN lady told me his name Was Dr.Bracey but would not spell it out for me and tried to cover but up by saying the staff was laughing about her husband , which in my opinion was unprofessional as well because if you don't feel Guilty in the first place why tell me you where laughing about your husband which is none of my buissness at all . Point is they are horrible here after midnight .. I went on a Tuesday morning around 2:45am they have so much down time that they don't give a damn about your emergency problems .. Facts ...I would also like to add that I ended up going to the other location on warm springs where they were super profession and actually cared about my injury. I ended up getting X-rays and they found 2 foreign objects in my hand (glass is stuck inside my knuckles and the skin has now grown over) they prescribed me pain medication and referred me to a hand specialist and I will be having surgery next week. Luckily the other emergency room actually cared about my problem and wanted to help.
