rev:text	I walked in without an appointmentand was taken back and waited on immediately by the man that came out to greet me when I walked in the door.. he was very pleasant and put my feet in to soak right away. What I didn't like is having to lay back with my feet hanging into the bucket was very uncomfortable! Then when he came in he put a half sheet across my belly and then a thin pillow under my head. He hadnfirm pressure when he took his fingers and rubbed across my forehead and at first I thought this is going to be great hard firm pressure until he used that hard pressure with his thumbs right into my temples. I didn't say anything I should have I thought I don't want him to ease up on the pressure when he's doing my feet if I complain that it's too hard he might. Then he started massaging my head if that's what you call it! He about ripped out my hair when he started rubbing really hard back and forth back and forth back and forth! And I mean hard! It didn't feel good. It didn't help part of my hair was underneath my head. I'm laying there thinking well maybe this is going to help my hair grow! Awful!!! So I would say he spent 15 minutes on my head and neck.it was unpleasant it was the same hand motion up-and-down the neck hard and almost in one spot only. Then he moved to my arms which at first felt good because he gave a push on the arm I thought I was going to get a stretch but it never came. Then he took his thumb and just dug in my arm from the elbow to the wrist. Up and-down motion only and then moved to my hand.The moves were hard, jerky, and he about broke my wrist I cried out in pain. The way he pushed down from a standing position and snapped it he obviously did not know what he was doing. It hurt so bad I thought I was going to have to get up and leave. Then he did my legs and again he just dug in with the thumb, up and straight down motion only. It didn't even feel good it wasn't even relaxing. Finally he got to my feet and I did thumbs up with both thumbs! That's what I'm waiting for that's what I went in for. I told him I wanted foot reflexology when he showed me the price list. So I maybe got five minutes total on each foot. Then he had me flip over and he dug his elbow into my back and my low back where I have had major back surgery without ever asking me if i have any areas that he should be careful with!He dug so hard with his elbow he ruined my 10 min of foot massage. Then he did a little tapping on me for 30 seconds and said finished. He offered me hot tea after and I politely declined. I went out to the little waiting room so I could see to get in my purse and get out $20 and a $5 tip to be nice. Then i found out I had insulted him. I thought I was being very nice to give a tip because I didn't get my foot reflexology and it was not even a pleasant visit! Had he given me an hour on my feet and made it a great massage I would have tipped $10! Well he made sure to let me know he was not happy with the five dollar tip. First I thought he didn't want my tip because he kept trying to hand it back to me and I said no that's for you. He kept saying 10, 10. Honestly and truly didn't know what he was trying to tell me. I was so shocked to be told how to tip! A woman came over to help me understand and told me right out he needs a $10 tip $20 for the boss she said. She said to me you only going to give him five dollar? I said yes! I walked out and I will never go back!
