If you know the difference between authentic Italian and Americanized Italian, this is the only place in Las Vegas to go. Having grown up in an Italian family, this is the only restaurant in Las Vegas that serves the kind of homemade dishes that my parents and grandparents made for dinner, especially on Sundays. The pasta is homemade and all the sauces are made from scratch. The vibe you get from the entire staff makes it obvious that Ferraro's is a family run business from the minute you walk through the door to the end of dinner. It is not like in the casinos where everything is so corporate and robotic. My opinion comes from 25 years working in the restaurant business (most of which I spent in the kitchen) and from my 100% Italian ancestry.
