rev:text	After having a terrible experience at another Verizon outlet, I left that store, incredibly frustrated with the terrible knowledge and lack of interest in helping me find a solution. I decided to visit this store on McKellips, and I was not dissapointed. Jose stayed late to help me work thru a solution and truly exceeded every expectation that I had. Thank you Jose! You have earned my business - I will be back the next time I need anything for my phone!
