Last lunch before leaving Vegas, and did not disappoint! I made lunch reservations not knowing if they were going to be busy. They weren't on a weekday and we were led to a nice table overlooking the mall. Cucina is located inside Crystals and a very short walk from Aria's entrance which made the trip even more convenient.
They have a great 3-course lunch special for $25 to include an appy, entree, and a small dessert. Great price esp for it being in the strip and inside Crystals.
We were given bread and olive oil/ vinegar to munch on, and I ordered the following:
-Shrimp scampi ($5 extra): The 3 shrimp were large and the flavors of the garlic and lemon were on par. I loved how they included bread so you can use it to dip into the sauce! YUM!!!
-Ravioli (no peas): I enjoyed my entree. It was a white light sauce used and it was the perfect kind. Not too heavy and not too creamy. I didn't care for the white asparagus but the mushrooms were good.
-Tiramisu: Small dessert and not overbearing. It was the perfect amount to finish off a lunch. I also tried my friends Vanilla Zeppole (donut holes) and they were good - sugar coated donuts.
Our service was great and we were checked on frequently. Waters were filled and the ambiance was cool. Loved how there is a strip restaurant that is reasonably priced!
