rev:text	Staff here is too busy chatting to each other than helping customers. Found them gossiping a lot and I had to interrupt for help. Also came in for a facial and the lady doing mine firstly didn't do two masks like she told me she would do. Her friend came in and she started hugging her and talking to her. While I was sitting there waiting and waiting to continue. She then told her friend to get a facial and I felt like she rushed me up to do her friend. Her friend came back and stood beside us chatting away to this girl doing my facial. It was really annoying as I was disregarded the entire time. Not only did this friend disturb the experience, other staff members were coming around and chatting saying like "oh my skin is so oily today what did you use on me yesterday" or saying "how do you like my Lips. I tried the Marc jacobs one. " Like talk about that on your own time. One staff member even came around to learn how to use their airbrush machine for their oxygen infused facial and the lady talked to her for about 5 mins explaining how to use it. Like learn that on your own time not when you have a customer sitting in front of you waiting. I could even feel the lady not paying attention to me as she wiped or cleaned my face as her hands are hitting my eyes and it was just a mess. I was also left alone for periods at a time. No idea where the staff member went. I wasn't offered water or anything. It also ended abruptly because her friend was there who didn't have an appointment and wanted a facial. Terrible service. Terrible staff. I do not recommend anyone to go here especially for a skinfit facial. Do not waste your time.
