For a tanning salon you really should lighten up... your policies. It takes a lot of time and money to earn a customer and it costs about 1/10 of that to keep one. Your a tanning salon, not a law firm. I just wanted a 2 week extension on my year package but no, owner won't do it. So I wanted to give ONE to a friend so I could use them up but no, owner won't do that either. I was considering purchasing another package but I am moving and with your desperate idiotic policies that you create and poor customer appreciation, I'll just go some where else. Nice salon, zero customer appreciation. Any adequate business owner knows that it's more important AND THIS JUST IN; MORE COST EFFECTIVE
