Here's the break down....
PRO:
1. LEED certified building. (For those who don't know that means the building is energy efficient and primarily eco-friendly materials were used in the construction of the building.)
2. Jason's Deli and a good coffee place and 24 hour fitness are located in the center. (These place as well as the bank validate for customers)
CONS:
1. Parking is charged at 3.00 per half hour.
2. Entry into the building is awkward and can be dangerous if the streets are busy.
3. Parking structure is tight, so extremely dangerous if ppl are driving to fast.
Overall, its a really nice building. The Water authority and a few other businesses are also located here as well. They also have a roof top deck (on the parking structure) that has a large outdoor chess board!
