| - I went here for a pedicure yesterday, and the customer service was awful!
When I walked in, it was several minutes before any of the workers even acknowledged my presence. When I finally sat down, a guy turned on the water and walked away.... but didn't start the bubbles. I had to call somebody else over to do that. The water was cold, but nobody ever thought to ask me about the temperature. The guy who did my pedi never asked what type I wanted - he gave me the cheapest ($25), which was fine, but he should have at least asked if I wanted something more deluxe.
The pedi itself was just fine. I have no complaints about that.
Then when it was time to pay, this guy takes my debit card, runs it, then says to me "what's your pin?" Um. Excuse me? I told him I was not going to tell him what my pin number is. He was blocking the machine, so there was physically no way for me to enter it myself... but he looks at me, and says "of course not, you enter it yourself." But he doesn't step away. I wasn't about to push him aside, so I politely asked him to run it as credit instead. He ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME and then hit the cancel button.
That was the last straw for me. I cannot tolerate rudeness. And of course when I left, none of the employees said "thanks for coming" or even an simple "goodbye."
To summarize: The pedicure itself was fine and so was the price, but the customer service was awful. I won't be going back.
