This is my first time ever giving a 1-star review. I had an appointment this morning with the service department to repair the passenger sun visor that recently became defective. Prior to scheduling the appointment, I was told by two different employees that the repair was covered under warranty. When I arrived this morning, the technician told me they would repair the sun visor in approximately 30 minutes. After waiting approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, the same technician advised me that the broken sun visor was not covered under warranty and that it would cost me $112 to repair. I then spoke to his manager, who was polite and seemed understanding, but still nevertheless reiterated that it would cost me $112 to repair the sun visor. This was really disappointing to find out after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes, especially since this was the only reason why I came in for the appointment. At the very least, I really wished they were more upfront and told me at the beginning of my appointment, or offered some type of discount for misleading me. I ultimately decided not to go through with the repair and will go somewhere else instead.
