I do not recommend the Improv. The comics were entertaining, and the tickets were decently priced, but the experience at the Improv was pretty terrible. On the ticket it tells you doors open an hour before the show, however we were made to wait in line out front until after the time of the start of the show. Once we were allowed in we had to be seated with strangers instead of getting a choice. There is also a 2 item minimum required- so you are forced to buy a drink or food. The drinks are incredibly overpriced and they don't put the price on the menu so its an unpleasant surprise when you get the bill. The food is decent but served in small quantities and also outrageously priced. They add an 18% gratuity automatically to the bill but continue to push you the whole night to "tip your server" who seems rushed and unhappy the whole time. For all they charge you, you would think there would be something about the experience that's redeeming but even the bathroom was disappointing. There was a long wait for a stall and then no toilet paper in a single one!
It's safe to say I will never be back, the comics are good but not worth the bad experience which puts you in a foul mood.
