The doctors are great. BUT, today my husband checks in for a regular doctor appointment. He gives the receptionist his credit card for a $10-30 copay. 2 minutes later he gets this email saying his card was charged for $104,000! Insane. How careless could you be to attempt to draft that amount on someone's card? It would've been a serious issue if he had that much credit available or if it had been a debit card used! That type of carelessness is not okay. My tip: definitely bringing exact cash for your copay and don't trust receptionists that make this big of a mistake! How do we know she didn't make an even crazier mistake on her side of things and we get billed in the next month for another crazy amount?
