I have lived at Village in the Park for two years and this is a great place to live. I hope that this is the last place I rent! I have loved the apartment, the management has people that come out an shovel the parking lot very time it snows, and they added security camera's that look over the entrance way to look after the cars. It is just a short walk to bus line 8, and there is the park which adds a wonderful view to every apartment. Trash is taken out once a week or more, and I only needed to call Tom (the onsite maintenance, and the "go to guy") once when we had a minor issue with our kitchen sink and that was fixed with in a day or two of calling him. For the space that we have in our two bedroom apartment, we could not find a better apartment for the price. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because the washers and dryers seem to be broken often. Oh and they allow pets!
