  • I loved the DDS and the hygienist. My family and I were patients for over 7 years. I loved that the same location had your general dentist and orthodontics. BUT the office has made changes over the years and it just continued to get worse. We have changed our dentist office because of the HORRIBLE changes. My daughter had braces with the orthodontist and we set up payment plans for the service that were not covered under our insurance. A year after my daughter started her ortho care, my son started his orthodontics treatment. I was advised that my son did NOT need extensive ortho care, just a slight adjustments. My son would only need his braces for a year or less, depending on if instructions were followed during the care. BUT when it came to the cost, my son's treatment was 800.00 more expensive. When questioned, I was advised that the NEW orthodontist has different pricing for his services. I accepted this a moved on with the treatment, because I liked the location and conveyance. The NEW orthodontist only visits this office location 1 day a week. Suddenly this was NO LONGER COVENANT. He would take 2 week vacations. He had regular 'business retreats'. When I complained about unable to get appointments & suggested they hire another orthodontist to assist with the HIGH VOLUME of ortho patients, the suggestion went ignored (for over a year). Then my son's treatment dragged on for over 18 months because the orthodontist was RARELY THERE. My family and I are covered under 2 dental coverage plans. YET the office staff could NOT GET THIS CORRECT. I argued with the billing girls for more than 6 months about bills for simple cleaning for 2 of my children. After continued billing and calls to this office, I had to speak with the area manager, who confirmed I would not receive any further bills. I was guaranteed the area manager would take care of this. YET, THE NEXT MONTH, there is another bill for the same service. We finally had this corrected and the bills stopped, but so did our visits.
