  • I recently purchased a new set of tires from here and very pleased with their friendly service. I took my car for tire rotation and was informed I will need a new set of tire soon. Just happen to be, 5 mins after I was told by other place, I received e-mail from Discount tire about labor day special sale. (I purchased a set of tire from them for my other car a while ago). I came to work, randomly talked to three people about my unplanned expense, all told me to check out the discount tire and advised me to purchase additional warranty. While I was searching online about tire, two other people came to my office and after they saw what I was doing, told me to check out discount tire and purchase additional warranty. So I stopped looking around and went directly to the discount tire to order a set. I ordered online with additional warranty. Within a next day, they called me back to schedule an appointment for installation. I showed up at 8am and was pleasantly surprised how friendly they were. They must strive for an excellent customer service. While I was waiting, they kept informing me how they were doing and how much longer I should expect. Wait was just what I expected. I was able to write 4 Yelp reviews while waiting. They had some drinks for customers while waiting. No wifi though.. (that would have been nice)... I drove to the high country over the weekend with my new set of tires installed and noticed on excellent performance while driving. They do have quality tires. All of them are very professional and friendly. Great service, I would highly recommend for your tire and wheel needs.
