  • My room was soaked with the stench of old cooking grease. The room size was nice for the price and could accommodate a couple for a week easily. But in my visit [to clarify, my LAST visit] I left after three hours and was not refunded or credited. I asked to speak to a manager, whom was not on duty. I understand that managers cannot oversee their properties 24/7 but for me to pack back up and leave for another hotel (the Marriott on Johnson Rd) really shows the situation. Very disappointed. Will not ever stay at an ESA again.
