  • I was so excited to check out this pet shop....only to find disappointment. The reptiles enclosures were mostly dirty with piles of unclean droppings. The store its self was so hot I was sweating. This wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't so hard for the bunnies. There was a white bunny barley breathing and all the other bunnies were hopping on him. It was horrific for my son see that. I planned on buying a snake while here...but the conditions of the store and animals helped me decide not to. Better care should be given these animals. The prices also were not very reasonable on most of the reptiles anyhow. Just as well when trying to get help with a question I was ignored. So the staff was rude and could use better customer service skills!
