review is actually for online purchases. I ordered from Aldo on 2/1 I received an order email stating that the delivery should happen no later than 2/12 and that there will another email with shipping details to follow, which I still have not received. Today I called Aldo because I've not received my order. The guy Jimmy on the customer service line said it was delivered on 2/8 and I said that I had not received the order. He said we'll have you looked around? Your house I said yes I have since I receive almost daily deliveries from Amazon with no issue. He said that they would open an investigation with UPS and that I should call back next Friday to see if they will be refunding my money. What happened to my order? And now you want me to call back and see if they will refund my money. Horrible customer service if you ask me. Such a shame.
