  • Our first massage experience there was excellent but it went downhill from there. We had 5 massages there in hopes of finding someone that was as good as our first therapist. I was very disappointed with the customer service when we tried to cancel since they told me no payment would be taken but they did take another payment even though we cancelled within the allotted window. They made no attempts to reimburse us or make our final massage a memorable experience. Overall, very disappointed and would not recommend to friends or even enemies.
