  • My A/C stopped blowing cold air last night and today's forecast might break the all time high temperature record in Las Vegas. I called Deke's first thing in the morning and left a voicemail asking for service. Got a phone call back in a few minutes with bad news. Deke's was totally booked up for today but would schedule me for the next day. I was told that if they were in my area and had a opening, they would try to sneak me in, but it didn't look promising. Going to be a long, hot night. At 1:45 pm got a call saying that Steve was nearby my house and could come over after he finished his current job! Jumped in my car, got home and beat Steve to here by a few minutes. He had to replace a capacitor which he did quickly and got my system back up and running. I am so thankful for Steve squeezing me into his schedule - on one of the busiest days for HVAC companies. Deke's is the best! The most honest contractor I ever dealt with! Six Star rating!
