  • Maybe it's because we moved from a luxury building but this place was SO disappointing. Got to our apartment and it was filthy - not even vacuumed and dirty bathtubs. The a/c didn't work (and it was HOT out) and neither did the washer/dryer. Just what you want after days of travel to get there in the middle of the summer. The apartment was at the upper end of their rentals but had roach and drain fly problems (had never even heard of them before!). Bugs painted over like last days of pompeii....cobwebs covered in paint and petrified paint spiders. Have some pride and clean first. Everything very cheaply done. Charged heaps of fees and outrageous bills after moving out. Could never get an accurate answer from our leasing person BG - everything she told us was wrong and had to be argued. Save yourself the hassle - there are heaps of other places that are better. We could NOT move out fast enough - so happy to be done with them!
