  • I go to Aspen Dental because of my insurance discount...for cleanings and exam every six months. So far, I have not had any major dental issues...thank heavens. I make my appointments 6 months in advance -- and then you receive emails/texts from Aspen reminding you of your appointment. I get there early for a 10 a.m. appointment and wait for more than 20 minutes for a cleaning. When my dental hygienist asked to use a water pik to clean the teeth, I agreed. Won't do that again...Water everywhere. You have to hold the water suction instrument while she cleans. All in all, I am satisfied, but wish there weren't a long wait and let the staff know you don't want the add-ons for the visit.
