  • So Ryan C. Wrote back on this initial review telling me to visit their website to sort everything out. The address left is not a website, so I emailed it outlining the issues and have yet to receive any email or phone call back. This was over two weeks ago. (Even though it only took 2 days to respond to the initial yelp post in an attempt to seem proactive I suppose) The poor customer service just continues. The guest service report we have does not have a number to corporate either. I am kind of blown away by this and would like answers/replies.
