  • We bought our rentals and our initiations from Y-Knot. All of our encounters were easy and nice. They had loads of invitation books for us to go through and plenty of rentals. There are two reasons I marked them down to 4. One Reason is that we rented 2 of a certain item (which I visibly saw they had in their possession). Upon picking up our rentals, they no longer had two of that item. They told us that they have never had two. False. The other reason is my first encounter with y-knot did not go very well. I had been emailing with the company who agreed I could come in for a consultation. Upon arriving (after driving from Glendale), they were closed. To say I was upset is an understatement. Ultimately, they apologized and compensated but it was disappointing.
