  • Before Guardian Realty took over the house I was renting, every experience I had ever had with a PM was awful. Once they took over it was like a dream come true. They were always available or quick to return a call. When I had any maintenance issues they were dealt with in a prompt manner and were always willing to accommodate any need I had for many years. I had to relocate and was very disappointed that they didn't have anything in my new area. Sure enough, it's back to dealing with subpar property management companies making me wish every PM company was like Guardian Realty. Thank you guys for taking great care of me for many years!
