  • Received a phone call from Shayna, the new office manager. She apologized for any problems and informed me that they have had a total turnover of staff and Dr's.. She offered (and I accepted) a refund on what I was charged for the root planing. It does not make up for all that transpired, but it does help... She did offer to try to make it up to me (the mis-treatment, lies, deceptive business practices, the questionable medical care just to name a few). Shana does sound awesome, and talks a good game. They essentially have a new practice. I will update this review after I receive the promised phone call from the regional manager, and see what happens...
