  • This is a "luxury" apartment complex, but be warned that it's basically a retirement home. I'd say, in total honesty, that the average age of a tenant is about 65. The decor is kind of dated and it definitely caters to its older clients. This also means that there is a maintenance staff constantly on the premises, so it's easy to get issues fixed. The location cannot be beat. It's right on the corner of the one of the Squirrel Hill's main streets. Therefore, there are quite a few shops and restaurants totally within walking distance.
