  • One more update - just found out we were turned over to collection by Biltmore Pointe for $1200. No letter or phone call to explain any charges after we left. We gave more than 30 days notice and our lease was up, the apartment was clean and intact when we moved out. I sent a letter asking for an explanation of the charges and have not heard back from anyone. Somehow I am not surprised. Biltmore Pointe/The Grove is like a wad of gum stuck to your shoe, it seems like you can never get rid of it.
