  • My wife and I were a member of this gym for about a year. And everything was find until My wife was not able to attend due to medical issues. So the manager of the gym was a good friend of my wife's daughter so. We decided to join. Which I was against since I do not like to do business with family ,friends etc. Well in order to cancel the membership they charge $10.00. At this time the Manager was moved to the youfit gym on 16th St. So since I worked near that location I decided to go there and cancel my wife's membership. So I saw my step daughters friend , gave her the $10.00 as she requested. Now this was about 7 months ago. Well about 2 months ago I cancel my membership because they continue to take $21.95 a month out of my account saying that I never cancel my wife's membership. Which was a lie. My wife spoke to her daughters friend who the money was given to and she said she doesn't remember. So when I cancel the membership at the Gilbert gym the next month they decided to continue to take money out of my account. When I contacted the manager who is my step daughters friend she keeps saying I am looking into it.. Ok look it your money do what you want . But this place loves to steal money from you. Double check your bank account. And if I was you join pure fitness . It has more equipment and priced less. This place is a joke . And there fitness staff don't know shit. It's not worth a star but I was told I need to put something
