Oasis moved my parents against my better judgement. They move was from Las Vegas to Los Angeles and over 30 boxes were lost. My parents are in their late 80s and the delivery crew spoke little to no English. They did not allow my father to check off boxes, did not unpack items that were covered by blankets and told him to keep them. We have made a claim and were offered $21 by their 3rd party administrator. There must be better companies to use. Their staff may be very nice and helpful but all they can do is provide the company mantra. They admitted that my parents items were lost but refuse to intervene with the insurance administrator. I am going to take them to arbitration. DO NOT USE OASIS!
