  • Before I begin, the star rating on these apps needs to be redone! It should accept negative stars!!! This hotel does not deserve a star period! From the moment you walk in, it is ... oh well... not even for hours that is what I needed as my flight was cancelled..... This is probably of the worst hotels I've been in my life! Get ti the third floor and there is a door like the jail doors on movies... the corridor... well oh my! The room smells awful! I would rather have stayed at the airport... anyways I waited for 9 hours, several more would have been better there.... they do close the airport, hence us having to leave! Bed hard, pillows stink and have no form.... carpet, well I am walking with socks! I don't want to step on this carpet! The bathroom has soap and shampoo like in cruises... with a dispenser... there are towels though.... flat tv as well with remote control... there is ac and it works.... have my allergy level at 100% and well... it smells very very bad!! I need to leave! Disgusting period.
