  • Horrible business. Belle was booked for my niece's 3rd birthday party on Saturday. This was booked over a month ago and Belle cancelled the day of and never sent a replacement or give any notice. Her excuse she had another party to go to. My sister and my niece were in tears. How can a business who are advertised as making a child's day special ruin a 3yr olds birthday and not even an apology. If I could they would get 0 stars
