I have no issues with the store or boutique part of this shoppers location. I went in a few months ago, to refill my Prozac prescription. I was feeling extremely anxious and upset and knew I needed to get this refill. I walked to the back, the pharmacist was this Indian lady. I had gotten my refill from a different location but was hoping it was okay and I could still get it filled here. You could see on my face that I wasn't in a good place and I was having a very bad day. I gave her the papers I had and she was extremely rude to me. Everyone who knows me knows I am always polite and never mean but this lady got to me. I was trying to fill an anti depression medication and she treated me like complete shit! This altercation has been bugging me and I knew I had to share my story. The way I was treated was NOT okay. I left almost in tears. She acted like I was an idiot and had no idea what I was doing. I could not believe the disrespect I was receiving from this woman.
Anyways, it's been a few months since this happened but the fact that I still remember so clearly how I was treated, made me feel as though I needed to express exactly how I felt and how upset this made me.
If you need a prescription filled I advise you to go somewhere else... go anywhere else... or atleast request a different pharmacist. This woman needs a lesson in respect and how to treat people. I hope no one else has had the same experience with her, but I wouldn't be surprised if many others have.
