rev:text	I don't know why my insurance company (state farm) calls this company.. This is the second time I've used them. My first driver didn't care about anything, even that my tires were flat. The second time that I've used them (today) I was quoted 9:15pm arrival. Now it is currently 10:56pm and they finally towed my car. Over 3 hours after I called them to come tow me. I get if you were busy that day but quote me an accurate time so I'm not waiting around for two hours after the original time. Also, I called about 5 mins after I originally requested the tow to change the deliver address and they called me saying they were at the first one I said. So the company didn't relay the message to the driver who towed my car. When the driver delivered my car, he said there was no way to back into my driveway because the street was too crowded (there was only one car that was even close to where he needed to be.) needless to say, he only did it because I told him I would tip him if he helped me put my car in the garage. After I said that he backed the truck up (like he said he couldn't do in the first place) and helped me put it in the garage. I shouldn't have to tip you for doing your job in the first place. If I were to tip it should be because you did an awesome job and went above and beyond what you would think a tow truck driver would do. Not because I held a bone in front of your face to come get it. I wish my insurance company requested a different towing service just because of the bad service I have received from them.
