  • If you have an offer at Planet Hollywood for a free room with free play DO NOT expect to receive your free play. I had an offer for a free room and $250.00 in free play. I called made my reservations confirmed my free play a couple times while making the reservation. I checked in at VIP and was told that I had $250 in free play and to go to the rewards counter. I went to the rewards center around 5:00 p.m. and was told my free play was not available. I asked why not and they gave me a song and dance and kept me waiting until 10:45 p.m. With one excuse after another. Each person kept passing the buck. Needless to say we did not stay and will never spend another dime with any Caesars property. Poor customer service.
