  • This is quite possibly the best new American restaurant in Charlotte. The service was great and food was exceptional. I had the strawberry salad and trout main. The strawberry salad was very well executed with sorghum popcorn, radishes, ricotta and balsamic. The trout was a very large portion of fish, fresh vegetables and pea puree. My husband got the duck confit which was a pretty amazing near replication of chicken and waffles... VERY FLAVORFUL. Better than the Fig Tree, McNinch House, 5Church... The list goes on. You should probably eat here.
